Protecting your privacy is important to Mega Events Brand, LLC. This Mega Events Brand, LLC Privacy Policy (’Policy’) describes how Mega Events Brand, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively "we" or "us" or "MEB"”) collect, use, disclose and safeguard the personal information you provide on MEB’s websites, including but not limited to  www.megaevents.com and all related websites, and through or in connection with our mobile apps or other software- and Internet-enabled programs and services sponsored by MEB (the “Sites”) as well as information collected when you otherwise communicate or interact with MEB.

Note that in general, we will use the personal information we collect from you only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice or for purposes that we explain to you at the time we collect your personal information. However, we may also use your personal information for other purposes that are not incompatible with the purposes we have disclosed to you if and where this is permitted by applicable data protection laws.

If we ask you to provide information voluntarily then the personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. Information Collected Automatically

At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, MEB and the Sites do not recognize DNT.

Information Use

We may use information about you for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you on the Sites. For example, we may use information about you to:

Send you updates on the latest MEB news, including information about new products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you including co-branded offers and partner offers.

Opt-Out

If you provide us with your email or postal address, or have done so in the past, we will ask you if we can use it to send you updates on the latest MEB news. If you do not want us to contact you, you can choose to "opt out," and MEB will respect your wishes.

If you opt out of receiving promotional communications from us whether online or on your mobile device, we may still send you non-promotional communications such as emails about your MEB account, if you have one, or our ongoing business relations.
